Each session begins with themed sessions, led by the children's imagination, followed by lively games featuring songs, dance, and movement. After a snack break, children dive into engaging role-play adventures based on exciting themes like ‘The Farm’ or ‘Dragons & Knights.’ Perfect for young stars ready to explore, create, and perform!

Our junior drama group is the perfect place to start exploring theatre! It’s great for children who are brand new to drama, as well as those who already have some experience and want to build their skills. In our sessions, the juniors help guide what we do with their own ideas and creativity. We explore all kinds of drama, from fun scripts and short duologues to physical theatre, stagecraft, and even making up our own pieces. Everyone gets a chance to try different parts of production and learn together. Our junior members also work towards LAMDA exams and can earn Trinity Arts Awards. Plus, they get the exciting opportunity to take part in local festivals and share their talents on stage!

Our senior home-educated group is an introductory group to drama, suitable for those who are new to the world of theatre, along with those who are experienced - looking to hone their skills. Our senior group guides our sessions with their own interests and production ideas. From scripted work, devised and small duologues, physical theatre and stagecraft, our members are involved in all aspects of production development. They work towards LAMDA exams twice a year and have the opportunity to gain Trinity Arts Awards as well as participating in local festivals.

This group focuses on building confidence and exploring aspects of theatre and acting. We work towards a performance of a scripted play at the end of the term, with everyone getting involved as actors and directors.A fun creative session developing an understanding of Theatre production. Students now have the opportunity to do LAMDA exams and participate in local performing arts festivals.

This group continues to develop performance skills, confidence and social skills through games, workshops and productions. Opportunities to participate in LAMDA exams, Trinity Arts Award and local festivals as well as visiting professional theatre shows.

Our new Pay-As-You Go weekly session for Year 10 - Year 13 students. These sessions are aimed at our older members who still want to be involved in the Youth Theatre but have other commitments and priorities meaning that involvement in a regular weekly production is difficult. The content of this session will be decided by the members and facilitated by Sarah. Members of this group can still work towards LAMDA exams, smaller performances and theatre festivals as well as having practical and theory support for Drama GCSE and ALEVEL courses when and if needed.
